Join us at the 2026 edition of AWEC in Porto - organised and promoted by TU Delft and Airborne Wind Europe
The 11th edition of the Airborne Wind Energy Conference is approaching!
Also this year, TU Delft and Airborne Wind Europe are hosting their annual event, sponsored by MERIDIONAL. AWEC 2026 edition will take place from 24 to 26 June . The conference will be held at the Campus of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (Portugal).
As usual, the Airborne Wind Energy Conference is the occasion to share ideas on wind energy and spread the latest outcomes from research activities in the airborne wind energy field. International experts from academia and industry are welcome and encouraged to join.
The three-day event will see some of the MERIDIONAL’s partners as keynote speakers.
They include Simon Watson, Professor at TU Delft and MERIDIONAL’s coordinator, and Prof. Alessandro Croce from Politecnico di Milano.
