Also this year, MERIDIONAL was represented at the prestigious North American Wind Energy Academy (NAWEA)/WindTech conference
Prof. Simon Watson and Dachuan Feng from TU Delft represented the MERIDIONAL project at the prestigious North American Wind Energy Academy NAWEA/WindTech conference 2024, held from October 30 to November 1, 2024, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA.
During the event, Prof. Simon Watson provided an engaging overview of the MERIDIONAL project, highlighting its innovative approach to advancing wind energy technologies. Dr. Dachuan Feng presented cutting-edge findings on the impact of gravity waves on wind turbine wakes, which sparked considerable interest among attendees.
